Hi, I am Julie Johnson. I look forward to connecting, I believe every stage of life deserves dignity, clarity, and compassionate support — especially during the seasons that test us the most. Whether a family is navigating senior transitions, downsizing, illness, grief, or end-of-life planning, no one should feel overwhelmed or alone. My role is to bring calm, coordination, and a grounded presence so families can focus on what truly matters.

My background includes senior transition support, grief and end-of-life companionship, and licensed real estate work. This combination allows me to support families through both the emotional and logistical sides of major life transitions — from preparing a home for sale or downsizing to coordinating moves and supporting hospice or end-of-life care at home.

In addition to my work in family and end-of-life support, I am also a licensed realtor with experience assisting older adults and families through downsizing, home preparation, and relocation. This perspective allows me to bridge the gap between clinical care, family needs, and the practical realities of moving or managing a household during transitions.
