Best 3 Months Planning is a guided end-of-life preparation process that helps individuals and families explore what matters most — emotionally, practically, and spiritually — so that their final months can reflect dignity, comfort, legacy, and personal values.
Unlike traditional advance directives that focus primarily on medical decisions, Best 3 Months Planning looks at the whole person across five domains:
- Physical: comfort, care preferences, symptom management, environment
- Emotional: fears, hopes, closure, connection, support systems
- Spiritual: faith, beliefs, meaning-making, ritual, sacred practices
- Practical: legal, financial, logistics, household tasks, instructions
- Legacy: relationships, messages for loved ones, memory-keeping, impact
The goal is to turn uncertainty into clarity, and to ensure that the final stage of life is lived the way the person would have chosen — not just endured.
